CanInnovate logoCan•Innovate is a free, online conference designed for California Community College Canvas users.

The ITC staff will host discussions between sessions, have computers with headsets available for those who wish to view different sessions, provide snacks, and maybe even exhibit a little “panda-monium.”

Our program schedule includes:

8:15 AM Welcome & Behind the Scenes Tour of Canvas
9 AM Keynote session by Natalie Miller: A Student’s Perspective on Education Empowerment
10 AM Google + OER = Better Canvas
11 AM Incorporating Oral Presentations Into a Fully Online Course
12 PM Quick! Add Video to Your Course (with 3C Media Solutions)
1 PM Surprise! Good Things Happen When Students Get Creative
2 PM Precious Panda Pointers
3 PM Using ConferZoom Video Meetings to Support Pedagogy & Course Design
4 PM Stump the Panda!

Doors will open at 8am to coffee and snacks! Pick a space to call home for the day, or come and go as your schedule allows.

Computers and headphones will be available for those who wish to view a session other than what we are streaming.

Flex Credit 1 – 8.5 Hours
